Our crew is trained and knowledgeable in all types of construction and most have received their HERS Rater, BPI Building Envelope and Envelope Professional Certifications. Some designs make require rafter roof systems which we also supply. Doing all of the design work and engineering in house, we can completely customize the home of your dreams. Start with one of our floor plans, or one of your own, and change it until you're happy. Your Dealer will help you through the entire process of completing your building project; from choosing your kit home and obtaining permits to financing options and finish material packages.
Our Panelized Kit Homes will help you build your new home faster, better and at the same time saving money. OurPanelized Building Kits includehigh quality pre-framed and numbered walls sections and roof trusses. Then we provide a diagram that shows where these numbered sections are placed on the foundation and roof system. To further speed the construction process, we factory install the windows and wall sheathing.

With dramatically less wastage on your work site, you’ll save approximately 50% of your waste bin costs. Plus you’ll experience less theft of materials since people are far less likely to steal a completed panel than a new lift of loose material. Less wastage and less shrinkage means more profit on each home. Using PBS wall and floor panels can also be used to secure cost-effective points towards a project’s LEED certification. All of our dealers are skilled to build residential and commercial projects using the panelized building method and knowledgeable about Hamilton's material package specifications. Regarding cost, our structural timber frame packages generally price out in the $120- $150 per ft² range with panelized packages at $75- $110 per ft². The overall finished cost of a Davis Frame custom home is generally $350 to $450+ per ft² to finish, not including land or site work. Your final cost to build will vary depending on the location of the project, complexity of the design, and the price point of your interior finishes.

To begin, let's clarify a MAJOR misconception about Panelized Homes. A common misconception is that panelized homes are the same as a "prefab" or "modular" home. A modular home is a pre-built structure and is called a "closed wall system." 2” by 6” exterior panelized walls, 16” on center with 7/16” OSB applied. Due to necessary load bearing walls in a conventional style panelized home, there are more layout limitations when compared to timber frame homes. We specialize in helping individuals build their own kit home, barn or garage; faster and better while at the same time saving money.
All floor panels have a unique “puck” system that eliminates movement post-installation which might otherwise cause squeaks, holes or unevenness under carpet and hardwood. Straighter framing with PBS also means virtually no off-square walls that might lead to complaints from other trades or the consumer. We supply all the rough openings for the interior doors as well.

Distinctly different from our timber frame home and hybrid timber frame homes, our panelized home is a departure from timber frame methods completely. Our panelized homes instead use high-quality panelized wall systems, completely prefabricated in our facility and installed on site.
