For family groups booking multiple staterooms, the minimum age for each guest is 16, provided they are traveling with a parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately we are unable to accept group reservations for student or youth groups that do not meet our minimum age requirements. Self-service laundry on cruise ships
Marella cruise ships do not have any self-service laundry facilities on board. This is because the ships were originally built for Royal Caribbean – a cruise line that doesn’t offer self-service laundry. Self-service laundry rooms on cruise ships can be really handy as they offer a cheap (or sometimes free) way to wash, dry and iron your clothes. We are Elite and prefer to use the self-serve laundry on long cruises.....we have had quite a few clothes damaged with the ships regular laundry service.

The laundry rooms on Princess Cruises ships are equipped with modern washing machines and dryers, allowing guests to do their laundry while onboard. The machines are easy to use, and guests can purchase laundry detergent and fabric softener from vending machines located in the laundry rooms. Self-service launderettes are only available on board two ships in the Holland America Line fleet – Amsterdam and Maasdam ships. When you’re given complementary laundry it shows as a charge and a credit on your folio so I know that for me and DH it runs about $200-$250 for a 10 day cruise.

Celebrity does not have any options for self-service laundry; however, they do offer their guests the ability to send out laundry to be washed, dry-cleaned, or pressed. Guests simply fill up the provided bag and let their stateroom attendant know. Irons or anything with heating elements (except styling tools, such as curling irons) are not permitted in cabins. If your ship has an onboard self-service laundry facility, there are irons and ironing boards available for use there.
